Louiza's approach and practice focuses on developing a stronger understanding of self in order to maximise true potential. Louiza provides a safe and supportive space, where clients are able to explore and under-stand their own feelings and emotions. She uses a combined approach to psychotherapy, making it bespoke to each individual client’s needs. Her practice is rooted in systemic therapy, a holistic approach that examines how a person’s struggles are connected to their interactions within systems, rather than viewing problems as isolated issues. Her approach explores how relational dynamics and external influences affect emotional wellbeing and is passionate in helping individuals navigate personal challenges.

Louiza’s philosophy is that everyone’s story is deeply influenced by the systems they belong to, whether that’s family, relationships, work or society. In therapy she will view your challenges through a systemic lens, enabling you to discover deeper self-awareness and fostering long term emotional growth. Louiza has extensive experience in working with a variety of issues with adults, families, young people and couples. These include, anxiety and stress, depression, self-harm, bereavement, trauma, addiction, relationship breakdown, and all forms of abuse. She believes it is essential that the therapeutic relationship between client and therapist is built on empathy and trust, enabling the client to express and share their thoughts within a confidential and non-judgemental environment.
