About
Romina
With eight years of psychotherapy experience and in the final stages of completing a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology, I work with a relational and humanistic view, specialising in science-backed approaches to healthy relationships, regulating emotions, resilience and psychological flexibility; overcoming unhelpful or stuck feelings and patterns, and creating meaningful living. I recognise that while relationships are often a source of difficulty, they are also where healing begins. We are all unique, and as such, I integrate a range of modalities, including existential psychology, cognitive-behavioural approaches, and positive psychology, tailoring each therapeutic plan to your individual goals.
