About
Sabrina
Taking the first step towards therapy, or even returning, can be a minefield- confusing or overwhelming. I strive to create a welcoming environment, from the very first meeting , to ease this process. As a humanistic integrative therapist, I trust in my clients' inner wisdom to guide their journey. My role is to walk alongside them, offering challenge and compassion. Grounded in a person-centered approach, I provide a non-judgmental and nurturing space where clients can explore their self-defined challenges and uncover their own path towards growth. I see a fundamental importance of the client-therapist relationship and I am convinced that this connection is vital to facilitating positive change. Modern-day living often leads us to lose connection with ourselves and others. I have a background in the mental health sector working with children, young people, adults, and families in as a practitioner, including work in the NHS. This has equipped me to work with a wide range of life factors include living with anxiety, depression, personality disorders, family breakdown, loss, life transitions, work-related stress and relationship difficulties. My experience working with families and working with groups as a facilitator means I often take a systemic perspective, allowing me to see how issues interconnect and influence one another.
