About
Tommy
I know firsthand what it’s like to live with ADHD, having been diagnosed at 40 afteryears of outward success but inner overwhelm. That turning point, moving from confusion to clarity, inspired me to dedicate my clinical career to helping others find their own answers.
My journey in mental health began in the mid-1990s as a nursing student, and since then, I’ve gained global clinical experience across the UK, USA, and Australia. In addition to my specialised diagnostic work, I am a Professor of Mental Health Nursing Education at King’s College London. I bring together a unique blend of high-level academic leadership, clinical expertise, and lived insight.
Having completed the UK’s first accredited ADHD coaching programme and trained in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, I understand the full spectrum of the neurodivergent experience. However, I have now focused my practice exclusively on ADHD assessments. I believe that a thorough, compassionate assessment is the essential foundation for self-understanding and growth.
